Active™ Hose Reel & Wall Mount - PRE ORDER

Super clean design and solid built. My first real setup. Glad I waited to discover this. The only thing is, I wish it came with is cement block anchors to mount it. I had to buy my own and they were okay. Not a ton of options on brands for the size needed. Made install way longer and more difficult vs mounting it to studs with included hardware. But very sturdy once installed.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how pleased I am with the new Active™ Hose Reel Wall Mount System. The overall design and build quality are truly impressive, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a user-friendly and durable product that is easy to install.

I would like to add a small suggestion regarding the foam cannon mounting area. I’ve noticed that the Foam Cannon doesn’t stay very secure in the mount when it’s still filled with solution. It seems that the current rubber gasket design doesn’t provide enough stability in this case.

A potential improvement could be replacing the rubber gasket with a quick-connect, which I believe would help hold the cannon more securely when mounted, even when it’s filled. I provided a picture of the a suggestion below with the quick connect I wish to attach.

Nicely designed. Build quality looks and feels good. Very easy to install. Everything you need to store and use your pressure washer. I have the Active 2.3 and it looks great all assembled. Some helpful suggestions- would be to add quick connects to hold the foam cannon and angled wand more secure instead of rubber housings. And opportunity to upgrade to stainless steel for shelf housing to minimize possible rusting if scratched and auto retractable hose reel.
