Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, but please note that a restocking fee applies, and the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds.

Any defects identified must be reported within the 30-day period for a product replacement where all associated shipping costs will be covered by us. Beyond that period, it will fall under a warranty claim which must be raised by emailing the team at support@activeproducts.au

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact the team prior sending your item back at support@activeproducts.au.
